• Commercial Property Exposure Data: Property coordinates (latitude/longitude), Total Insured Value (TIV), construction class, distance to brush, roof characteristics, and structural mitigation attributes.
• Account & Billing Information: Corporate email, company name, NIPR producer license numbers, API keys, and Stripe payment metadata.
• API Usage & Telemetry: Endpoint request logs, IP addresses, timestamped response metrics, and error rates for service integrity and rate-limit enforcement.

2. How We Use Information

Collected exposure and telemetry data is utilized strictly for:

• Executing real-time spatial catastrophe hazard scoring (Delphi-1.0 engine).
• Calculating 5-mile Probable Maximum Loss (PML) accumulation caps for treaty governance.
• Enforcing per-quote API billing metering ($0.15/quote) and issuing audit trail certificates.
• Maintaining system security, fraud detection, and regulatory audit compliance.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted to and from VesperSpatial is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Stored portfolio records, API key hashes, and underwriting logs are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We do not sell, rent, or trade commercial policyholder or carrier exposure data to third parties.
